📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing daily operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Learn and implement POS systems such as Square or Toast for efficient order processing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.
• Train and mentor junior staff to uphold high standards of service and efficiency.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of operational policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of daily and weekly reports to management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service quality.
• Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a fast-food or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
