📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise the cost accounting team, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and internal policies.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and valuations to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Monitor and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize pricing strategies.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to management, including Inventory Valuation Reports and Cost Analysis Reports.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions.
• Implement and maintain cost accounting systems, such as SAP or Oracle, to streamline financial processes.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior accountants and finance professionals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost accounting and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting, with a focus on inventory and COGS.
• Proven expertise in SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP or IFRS accounting standards.
• Certification in CMA, CPA, or other relevant professional qualifications is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
