📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert family planning services, including counseling, screenings, and referrals.
• Educate individuals and families on family planning methods, contraception, and reproductive health.
• Administer vaccinations and provide pre- and post-natal care.
• Monitor and manage chronic diseases, such as diabetes and hypertension.
• Conduct health screenings and provide preventive care services.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure the delivery of comprehensive healthcare services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated on the latest family planning practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family planning or a related healthcare role.
• Certification as a Family Planning Nurse from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Medan and SIRS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively counsel and educate patients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of local health regulations and guidelines related to family planning services.
