📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Managing customer inquiries and orders via WhatsApp Business and Shopify
- Processing transactions and maintaining accurate sales records
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Monitoring sales performance using Google Analytics and other tools
- Assisting in inventory management and stock updates
- Handling returns and refunds in accordance with company policy
- Generating regular reports on sales and customer interactions
- Collaborating with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or e-commerce administration
- Familiarity with Shopify, WhatsApp Business, and Google Analytics
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal Indonesian
