📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host and moderate engaging live streaming sessions using platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or similar tools.
• Mentor and coach aspiring digital content creators, providing guidance on content creation, engagement strategies, and platform optimization.
• Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute live streaming events, ensuring high production quality and smooth execution.
• Develop and deliver training modules on content creation, social media strategies, and live streaming techniques.
• Analyze audience feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve live streaming content and coaching methods.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital content creation and live streaming.
• Promote live streaming events through various digital channels to attract and engage a broader audience.
• Network with industry professionals, influencers, and content creators to expand your knowledge and connections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in live streaming, content creation, or coaching in the digital space.
• Proven experience in hosting and moderating live streaming events using tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences.
• Excellent teaching and coaching abilities, with a passion for helping others succeed.
