📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist drivers in loading and unloading passengers and luggage.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bus interior.
- Monitor the bus's GPS and monitoring systems to ensure safe and efficient travel.
- Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the maintenance team.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
- Work as part of a team to ensure timely departure and arrival of buses.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new systems and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bus Helper or similar role.
- Familiarity with GPS and real-time monitoring systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with Indonesian language and local regulations.
