📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage a team of 10-15 professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
Develop and implement processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Monitor and analyze back office operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in back office operations, customer service, or a related field.
Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence.
Strong knowledge of customer service best practices and industry regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
