📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Develop and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business transactions.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends.
• Train and mentor junior legal staff.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies that support business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international business laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Certification as an Associate Lawyer (Advokat) is a plus.
