📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and refine digital patterns using industry-standard software such as Gerber Accumark, Optitex, and Lectra Modaris.
• Develop and implement efficient marker-making processes to optimize fabric usage and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with designers and patternmakers to ensure patterns are accurate and meet quality standards.
• Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) systems to draft and modify patterns, ensuring they fit seamlessly across various garment sizes.
• Conduct quality checks on patterns and markers to ensure precision and adherence to brand specifications.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in pattern-making technology to continuously improve processes.
• Assist in the development of new pattern-making techniques and tools to enhance production efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff on pattern-making and marker-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or a related field, preferably with a focus on pattern-making.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital pattern-making and marker-making in the fashion industry.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as Gerber Accumark, Optitex, and Lectra Modaris.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and fabric behavior.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and principles in the fashion industry.
• Certification in pattern-making or a related field is a plus.
