📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain comprehensive legal frameworks for corporate governance and industrial relations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to business units on a wide range of issues.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage and oversee legal and HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate legal and industrial risks.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in corporate legal or HR, preferably in the advertising industry.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using legal practice management software like Clio and HR software like Workday.
