📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage onshore and offshore teams in Canggu, Bali, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the bank's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and equality.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and labor laws in Indonesia.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Understanding of cross-cultural management and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
