ERP Functional Consultant (NetSuite) - Contract Role

As an ERP Functional Consultant, you'll work closely with our team to implement and customize NetSuite ERP solutions tailored to our business needs. You'll be responsible for configuring the system, training end-users, and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and customize NetSuite ERP solutions to meet the specific needs of Phintraco Group.
• Configure and maintain the ERP system to ensure seamless data integration and workflow automation.
• Train and support end-users in the effective use of NetSuite, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
• Monitor system performance and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NetSuite and ERP technologies, and recommend improvements to our systems.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of ERP projects and system performance.
• Participate in project planning and execution, contributing to the successful delivery of ERP initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP implementation and consulting, with a focus on NetSuite.
• Certification in NetSuite ERP, such as NetSuite Certified Implementation Specialist or NetSuite Certified Solution Architect.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using NetSuite, including advanced features and customizations.
• Familiarity with other ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Ability to travel to client sites and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
