As a Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our operations. You will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate tax filings. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and prepare accurate tax filings.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards (PSAK).
- Experience with SAP and QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
