H-Ostel Kuta Bali is looking for a Spa Manager to oversee and manage our spa services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. This is a full-time position based in Badung, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.,Manage and train spa staff to maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service.,Develop and implement spa policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor spa inventory and ordering to ensure adequate supplies are available.,Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor spa performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa management or a related field.,Proven track record of success in managing spa operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of spa services and treatments.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to spa operations.,Ability to work well in a team environment and lead by example.
