Design and develop high-speed electrical systems and components,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success,Conduct testing and analysis to ensure system performance and reliability,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies,Mentor and train junior engineers,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback,Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical engineering (senior) or 0-2 years (junior),Strong understanding of high-speed electrical systems and components,Proficiency in electrical design software such as Altium, PSpice, or similar,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards,Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
