📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide tax consulting services to clients, including tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable tax laws.,Advise clients on tax-related issues and provide recommendations to minimize tax liabilities.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to staff as needed.,Manage and mentor junior tax consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective tax management and reporting.,Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.,Participate in internal and external tax forums, conferences, and workshops to enhance professional knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in a similar role.,Professional certification in taxation, such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA, is a plus.,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
