📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet customer preferences and maintain high-quality standards.,Lead and mentor junior pastry chefs, ensuring they develop their skills and contribute effectively to the team.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling practices, and quality control procedures.,Manage inventory and procurement of ingredients to maintain cost efficiency and minimize waste.,Collaborate with the kitchen manager to ensure seamless integration of pastry items into the overall menu.,Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency and excellence in pastry production.,Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to continuously improve pastry offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a pastry team.,Strong knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
