We are looking for a Senior Operations Staff to join our team and help us maintain and optimize our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and communication.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Manage and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges as they arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Familiarity with IT operations and digital solutions is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
