📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions to address those needs.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to create a culture of continuous learning and development.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Manage the budget for learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning and development programs.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant learning and development tools.,Understanding of the mining industry and its unique learning and development challenges.
