📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy aligned with the company's goals and market standards.,Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive and attractive compensation packages.,Manage the entire compensation and benefits process, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits administration.,Collaborate with senior management to ensure compensation practices are in line with organizational objectives.,Oversee the benefits administration process, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.,Provide guidance and support to the HR team on compensation and benefits-related matters.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the compensation and benefits strategy, making necessary adjustments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in a compensation and benefits role, preferably in a multinational or international company.,Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of HRIS and other relevant HR technologies is a plus.
