PT. Digital Sumber Sejahtera Motor is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to develop high-performing sales teams. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the sales skills and performance of our sales representatives, driving our company's growth and success.

This is a full-time position based in Tangerang Selatan, Banten. The salary range for this role is IDR 8,000,000 to IDR 15,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver effective sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales representatives.,Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and coaching to improve sales techniques and performance.,Assess and evaluate the performance of sales representatives to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.,Collaborate with sales managers to develop and implement sales strategies and goals.,Stay updated with the latest sales trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve training programs.,Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to sales representatives to help them achieve their sales targets and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role, with a track record of developing high-performing sales teams.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and develop others effectively.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales training software and tools.,Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs.
