📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain a strong customer base by identifying and approaching potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote our products/services.
  • Submit regular sales reports and follow up on leads.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
