📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and promote new products and services.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network with potential customers and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and opportunities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
