📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high-quality service and maintain a positive customer experience.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.,Maintain and improve food and beverage quality, safety, and presentation.,Monitor and control restaurant costs, including labor, food, and beverage expenses.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
