📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintain a positive employer brand and represent the company at recruitment events and job fairs.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the food industry.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
