📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of urban development projects.,Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Managing and coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.,Implementing and monitoring operational policies and procedures.,Identifying and mitigating risks to project success.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing regular reports to senior management on project progress and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the urban development sector.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools for project management and operations.
