PT Putih Langit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Purchasing Staff to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes and maintaining strong supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in purchasing and supply chain management, and a strong understanding of market trends and cost control.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet the company's needs and budget.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.,Manage supplier relationships and maintain a strong network of reliable suppliers.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Analyze and report on purchasing activities to support decision-making.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using purchasing and inventory management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
