📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Preparing audit reports and recommendations for management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement in business processes.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Professional certification in auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant audit software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
