📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, interview, and hire new employees.,Manage employee records and maintain accurate personnel files.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.,Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
