📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Crafting and serving a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages using high-quality ingredients and mixology techniques.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and maintaining inventory.
• Assisting with special events and promotions, such as themed nights and happy hours.
• Providing excellent customer service, including greeting guests, taking orders, and recommending drinks.
• Upholding the bar's policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with the kitchen staff to create and serve food and beverage pairings.
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and techniques.
• Promoting the bar's social media channels and engaging with guests to build a loyal customer base.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist in a professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and ingredient preparation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and bar software, such as Toast or Square.
• Valid food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Creative and innovative approach to mixology, with a passion for crafting unique and delicious drinks.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) with ease.
