📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and managing the department, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve department performance and achieve targets.
• Overseeing the work of department staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Representing the department at meetings and events as required.
• Monitoring department budget and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
