📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees.,Assist in the creation and updating of training materials.,Conduct training needs assessments and evaluations.,Coordinate with department heads to understand training requirements.,Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions.,Provide feedback and support to employees during training.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the development of training budgets and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other training software.,Familiarity with training methodologies and best practices.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
