📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the store's inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient restocking processes.,Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment.,Train and mentor junior staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor and report on store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as store policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and support.,Participate in store promotions and events, contributing to customer engagement and satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or healthcare management role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer software, including inventory management systems.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
