📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations of the dental clinic, including scheduling, patient management, and inventory control.,Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to clinic policies and procedures.,Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the clinic facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.,Assist in developing and implementing operational plans to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Assist in managing the clinic's budget and financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.,Provide administrative support to the clinic manager, including preparing reports, managing communications, and coordinating with external vendors and service providers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Dental Hygiene, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operational management role in a healthcare or dental clinic setting.,Strong knowledge of dental clinic operations and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
