📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Lead a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and prepare and file tax returns.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
