📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue.
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of store managers and staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock to meet customer demand.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Managing customer relations and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Participating in training and development programs for employees.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing retail operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
