PT Duta Sri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Parepare. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee staff performance, conduct training sessions, and implement performance improvement plans.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the corporate team to ensure consistency in brand standards and company policies.,Conduct regular outlet audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
